Pricing Accuracy
While we strive for perfect catalog accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item
is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full
refund prior to shipment.
Payment Authorization
Upon placing an order, a pre-authorization hold is placed on your chosen payment method. Funds
are only formally captured once the fulfillment process begins.
Product Availability
Inventory levels are updated in real-time; however, simultaneous purchases may result in stock
discrepancies. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and refunded
promptly.
Shipping Timelines
Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are provided for convenience. While we partner with premium
couriers for expedited service, transit times are estimates and not absolute guarantees.
Delivery Acceptance
Upon delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the external packaging. By accepting
the package from the courier, you confirm the receipt of the physical shipment in good external
condition.
Order Modifications
Changes to product variants, quantities, or delivery details can only be accommodated if the
order has not yet entered the active fulfillment stage in our warehouse.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without penalty strictly prior to the commencement of the packing process.
Once packed, the standard return protocol must be followed.
Product Descriptions

variations may occur depending on your screen settings, and slight manufacturing differences are

Promotional Codes

Risk of Loss
